Affordable HousingOffering rental units at below market rates, affordable housing is a low-rent option for Housing Choice Voucher holders and the general public. Our affordable housing properties serve families from 0-150 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI). PCHA owns and manages four developments located throughout Pinellas County, including an Assisted Living Facility, that offer a total of 1051 affordable housing units.
